1. Robust course content proven over 25 years with more than 6000 delegates. All Mitchell Phoenix courses are tried and tested under the most demanding audience –  senior managers who’s time is precious. Our programmes contain only concepts, ideas and strategies that will be useful to leaders and managers, no jargon or overnight fads.
2. The course structure of one day each month requires delegates to apply the learning in their working environment with an emphasis on creating business results. All delegates report on their progress to the group and their line-management. Delegates track their own progress, line managers can ensure their people focus on transferring learning into the business and can readily see a direct return on investment.
3. Seminar design is focused on delegate output, mimicking real life situations, allowing delegates to practice in a secure environment. All exercises, discussions and practical work is designed to enable the delegates to build better tactics and strategies for improving their leadership, their influence within the business and ultimately improving business results. Mitchell Phoenix seminars focus delegates on creating active output rather than listing to passive trainer input.
4. Facilitation by experts, full time Mitchell Phoenix course directors – no hired hands, dilettantes, charlatans or amateurs. The programmes are available custom built for your business or through our public programmes in London and New York.
